We never build the same exact home twice–homes should be just as unique as the people who live in them! In addition to the other great custom features we offer, the first (and largest) decision you’ll make are the blueprints that will map out the path to your home.
Many builders work off the same set of limited blueprints, rotating them every few years or so. Baker Builders is not one of them. We have more than 100 blueprints to choose from, ranging in size from 1,200 square feet to 4,000+ square feet. You also have the option of designing one from scratch with our architect, or providing us with blueprints you receive elsewhere. Our architect will work with you on revisions or custom design features you’d like incorporated.
INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES AND OPTIONS
Even when building speculative homes to be placed directly on the market, Homes by Baker Builders personal interior designer, Leigh Appleby, is involved in planning each house from the beginning. Leigh thinks about who will live here; though she doesn’t know exactly who will cross that threshold into this house as home, she makes careful decisions for you. What fixtures will work well? What would a family use this space for? Is the design consistent throughout, yet unique?
If you begin as a homebuyer with a custom home contract, our interior designer will guide you through the options you have that best suit your personality, lifestyle, and budget. As your home is built, it will be customized and designed to your tastes.
TURN–KEY AND FINANCING OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Homes by Baker Builders has great relationships with several mortgage lenders in the area to which we can refer you. The institutions we refer are companies we’ve done business with for years and have gotten to know and trust. Each of them enjoy working with our clients and are ready to offer you incentive deals that are better than you may find independently. Or, if you prefer, we can work with your preferred mortgage lender.
